The Committee notes with regret that none of the ten reports requested has been received. Ten reports are now due for this country including the first report on the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006, as amended (MLC, 2006). The reports due are on fundamental, governance and technical Conventions, most of which should have included information in reply to the Committee’s comments. The Committee hopes that the Government will soon submit all its reports in accordance with its constitutional obligation and that they will respond to the Committee’s comments.
