Submission. The Committee notes that in its communication of 25 August 2021, the Government indicates that on 18 June 2021, a tripartite validation event was held to carry out a comparative analysis of the legislation of Ukraine and the provisions of the Violence and Harassment Convention, 2019 (No. 190). The Government adds that the decision was made to continue the advocacy work towards the ratification of the Convention. Noting the information provided by the Government, the Committee at the same time reiterates its request that the Government provide information on the submission of the Violence and Harassment Convention (No. 190) and Recommendation (No. 206), 2019, adopted by the Conference at its 108th Session (June 2019).
