Direct Request on submission to competent authorities (CEACR) - adopted 2021, published 110th ILC session (2022)

Submission. The Committee notes that in its communication of 12 July 2021, the Government indicates that it has communicated the Violence and Harassment Convention, 2019 (No. 190) to the National Council for Social Dialogue, which is currently completing tripartite consultations related to the possibility of ratifying the Convention. Noting the information provided by the Government, the Committee reiterates its request that the Government provide information regarding the submission to the Assembly of the People’s Representatives of the Employment and Decent Work for Peace and Resilience Recommendation, 2017 (No. 205), adopted by the Conference at its 106th Session, and that it provide information regarding the outcome of the tripartite consultations and the submission to the Assembly of the People’s Representatives of the Violence and Harassment Convention (No. 190) and Recommendation (No. 206), 2019, adopted by the Conference at its 108th Session, once this process has been completed.
