Sweden

Submission. The Committee notes that in its communication dated 31 August 2021, the Government indicates that it has appointed an inquiry tasked with proposing how the Violence and Harassment Convention, 2019 (No. 190) should be implemented in Swedish law, and that the inquiry will also consider the Violence and Harassment Recommendation, 2019 (No. 206) in its work. Noting this information, the Committee requests the Government to communicate information regarding the outcome of the inquiry. At the same time, it once again requests the Government to provide information on the submission of the Violence and Harassment Convention (No. 190) and Recommendation (No. 206), 2019, adopted by the Conference at its 108th Session (June 2019).
