Submission. The Committee notes that in its communication of 5 February 2021, the Government indicates that the severe health, social, economic and labour crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has delayed the submission of the Violence and Harassment Convention, 2019 (No. 190) and the Violence and Harassment Recommendation, 2019 (No. 206) to the National Assembly. The Committee nevertheless recalls that the constitutional obligation of submission is of the highest importance and is a fundamental element of the standards system of the ILO. The Committee accordingly requests the Government to provide the requested information on the submission of the Violence and Harassment Convention (No. 190) and Recommendation (No. 206), 2019, adopted by the Conference at its 108th Session as soon as it is in a position to do so. At the same time, the Committee once again reiterates its request that the Government provide information on the submission to the National Assembly of the five Conventions and the Protocol adopted at the following sessions of the Conference: 88th (Convention No. 183), 89th (Convention No. 184), 90th (Protocol of 2002 to the Occupational Safety and Health Convention, 1981), 91st (Convention No. 185), 95th (Convention No. 187) and 96th (Convention No. 188). The Committee trusts that the Government will provide the information requested without further delay.
