Submission. The Committee notes with regret that the Government has yet again provided no response to its previous comments. It recalls that the constitutional obligation of submission is of the highest importance and is a fundamental element of the standards system of the ILO. The Committee therefore once again reiterates its request that the Government provide information on the submission to the National Assembly and to the Senate of the five instruments adopted by the Conference at its 99th, 103rd, 106th and 108th Sessions. The Committee trusts that the Government will provide the information requested without further delay.
