Submission. The Committee notes with regret that the Government has yet again provided no reply to its previous comments. It recalls that the constitutional obligation of submission is of the highest importance and is a fundamental element of the standards system of the ILO. The Committee therefore urges the Government to provide information on the submission to Parliament of the five instruments adopted at the 103rd, 106th and 108th Sessions of the Conference. It trusts that the Government will provide the information requested without further delay.
