Submission. The Committee welcomes the information provided by the Government regarding the submission to the Federal Council of Germany of the Forced Labour (Supplementary Measures) Recommendation, 2014 (No. 203) on 18 March 2019, the Protocol of 2014 to the Forced Labour Convention, 1930 on 19 June 2019, and the Violence and Harassment Convention (No. 190) and Recommendation (No. 206), 2019 on 4 August 2021. At the same time, it once again reiterates its 2018 request that the Government provide information on the submission to Parliament of the three instruments on night work, adopted by the Conference at its 77th Session (1990). The Committee trusts that the Government will provide the requested information without further delay.
