Submission. The Committee notes that in its communication of 8 February 2021, the Government indicates that the Violence and Harassment Convention (No. 190) and Recommendation (No. 206), 2019 were submitted to the Council State of the People's Republic of China. The Committee requests the Government to provide clarifications on the date of submission to the State Council of the Violence and Harassment Convention (No. 190) and Recommendation (No. 206), 2019, adopted by the Conference at its 108th Session (June 2019).
