Failure to submit. The Committee regrets that the Government has once again provided no reply to its previous comments. It recalls that the constitutional obligation of submission is of the highest importance and is a fundamental element of the standards system of the ILO. The Committee once more reiterates its request that the Government provide information on the submission to the Senate of the Republic of the instruments adopted at the 95th, 96th, 100th, 103rd, 104th and 108th Sessions of the Conference.
