Labour Inspection (Agriculture) Convention, 1969 (No. 129) - Ukraine (Ratification: 2004)

Referring to its observation under the Labour Inspection Convention, 1947 (No. 81) and noting that the issues raised relate also to Articles 1(1)(a) and (2), 20(c), 21 and 24 of the present Convention, the Committee requests the Government to provide the information requested under Convention No. 81 in so far as it also concerns the rights, powers and means of action of the labour inspection staff in agricultural enterprises.

The Committee is raising other points in a request addressed directly to the Government.
