The Committee notes that the Government’s report has not been received. It hopes that a report will be supplied for examination by the Committee at its next session and that it will contain full information on the matters raised in its previous direct request, which read as follows:

The Committee notes the information provided by the Government in its first report. It notes with interest that under section 66 of Act No. 155/1995 respecting pensions insurance, persons who do not reside in the Czech Republic may now obtain pension payments abroad. To enable greater appreciation of the application of this provision of the national legislation in practice, the Committee would be grateful if the Government would provide statistical information in respect of the payment of compensation to workers who suffer industrial accidents or to their dependants in the case of residency outside the territory of the Czech Republic, for Czech nationals as well as nationals of a State which has ratified the Convention, including the number and the amount of compensation paid according to nationality.
