Weekly Rest (Industry) Convention, 1921 (No. 14) - Tajikistan (Ratification: 1993)

The Committee notes with interest the Government's first report on the application of the Convention. It requests it to indicate in its next report which legal provisions give effect to Article 7 of the Convention and to supply models of the requisite notices and rosters. It also requests it to provide the information required under Parts III, IV and V of the report form, with respect to the application of the Convention. Finally, the Committee requests the Government to indicate, in conformity with Part VI of the report form, to which representative organizations of employers and workers copies of the report on the application of the Convention are transmitted, and to specify, where appropriate, whether these organizations have returned any comments thereon.
