Weekly Rest (Commerce and Offices) Convention, 1957 (No. 106) - Haiti (Ratification: 1958)

Article 6 of the Convention. See Committee's comments under Convention No. 14, Article 2., as follows:

Article 2 of the Convention. The Committee notes the information supplied by the Government to the effect that its previous comments concerning the use of the terms "at the most" instead of "at least" in section 107 of the Labour Code, respecting weekly rest, have been taken into consideration by the Commission set up to review the Labour Code within the framework of the formulation of new laws. It trusts that in its next report the Government will be in a position to inform it of the adoption of a text bringing section 107 of the Labour Code into conformity with this Article of the Convention.
