Direct Request on submission to competent authorities (CEACR) - adopted 2021, published 110th ILC session (2022)

Submission. The Committee welcomes the information provided by the Government regarding the submission on 18 March 2021 of the Violence and Harassment Convention (No. 190) and Recommendation (No. 206), 2019, adopted by the Conference at its 108th Session, to the Congress of the Republic. At the same time, the Committee reiterates its request that the Government provide information on the submission to the Congress of the Republic of the Transition from the Informal to the Formal Economy Recommendation, 2015 (No. 204), adopted by the Conference at its 104th Session, as well as on the submission of the Employment and the Decent Work for Peace and Resilience Recommendation, 2017 (No. 205), adopted by the Conference at its 106th Session, indicating the dates of submission for both instruments.
