The complainant also alleges partiality on behalf of the judicial authorities including the Supreme Court, leading to decisions which are alarmingly dangerous for the rights of the workers to collectively bargain, strike and obtain protection against anti-union discrimination, thus encouraging other employers (Eon Philippines Industries Corporation and Capiz Emmanuel Hospital) to engage in further acts of anti-union discrimination
