Workers' Representatives Convention, 1971 (No. 135) - Portugal (RATIFICATION: 1976)

The Committee notes the observations of the General Workers’ Union (UGT), transmitted with the Government’s report and alleging that a bill presented to Parliament by the Government proposes to restrict freedom of association by limiting the use of facilities by trade unions in undertakings. The Committee requests the Government to provide its comments thereon.
