Establishes procedure, according to which since 1 January 2016, provision of social services and social support to those who live alone and to lonely elderly and disabled in need of care, is carried out based on individual projects of social services being developed. Also, since 1 September 2015, establishes and enacts the List of basic food products and goods of hygiene for free provision of lonely elderly and disabled, in need of care. Also since 1 January 2016, establishes the Provision on the procedure of providing social services and social support to the elderly and disabled, also of development and realization of individual project of social services; also the Provision on the procedure of providing the lonely elderly and disabled, in need of care, with basic food products and goods of hygiene. Establishes forms of assessment of life situation of a lonely person, a lonely elderly or a disabled, also of individual project of social services.
Repeals, inter alia, the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers No.145 of 28 May 1991 "On Supplementary Measures for Social Protection of Lonely Pensioners, in Need of Permanent Care" (SP Respubliki Uzbekistan, 1991, No.5, page 16).
