In accordance with the Act on the Fight against Trafficking in Persons, approves the national Action Plan for 2008-2010.

Defines, inter alia, the concept of trafficking in human beings and gives the main principles and directions to fight human trafficking. Provides for mechanisms of social and psychological assistance to the victims of trafficking.
