This Act regulates the employment relationship of professional soldiers. Section 11 limits some constitutional rights of professional soldiers. Section 11(4) forbids professional soldier to assembly in trade unions active in his workplace. The Fourth Part (Sections 88 - 190) regulates different aspects of working conditions and remuneration of professional soldiers.
