Law No. 322-FZ to amend certain legislative Acts of the Russian Federation in connection with the adoption of the Federal Act "to ratify the Convention (No. 185) Revising the Seafarers' Identity Documents Convention, 1958".

Repeals sections 7(5) and 13 of Federal Act No. 114-FZ of 15 August 1996 and deletes the reference to "the seafarers' passport" in section 11 part 1. Also makes amendments to Federal Act of 25 July 1998 No. 128-FZ on State fingerprint registration in the Russian Federation. Also makes minor amendments to the Merchant Marine Code and the Internal Waterways Transport Code.
