Introduces the following changes:
Article 7: Wording changes in sub-paragraph 3 of part 2; repeals sub-para 20 of part 3
Article 7.1: Repeals sub-paras 13 and 14 of part 8; Supplements the Article with part 14 and 15
Article 22: Rephrases paragraph 5 of part 1
Article 22.1: Supplements the Article with paragraph 3.1
Article 22.2: Wording changes in sub-paras 1-5; repeals para 6; supplement para 6.1 with a new paragraph, amends paras 7-13
Supplements the Law with Article 22.3 (including 14 sub-paras).
