Law No. 162-FZ of 2 July 2013 to Amend the Law of the Russian Federation "On Population Employment in Russian Federation" and Certain Legal Acts. -

Amends, inter alia, Labour Code introducing wording changes in articles 3 (Prohibition of Discrimination in the Field of Labour) and 64 (Terms of the Employment Contract with the Former State and Municipal Employees); also amends the Law "On Population Employment in the Russian Federation", inter alia, changing the wording in article 7.1-1 (on powers of state authorities of the Russian Federation in the sphere of employment promotion), adds a new paragraph to article 23 (on vocational training and education for the unemployed), also adds a new para 6 to article 25 (Promotion in providing employment by employers).
