Federal Law No. 132-FZ of 1 July 2017 to Amend Certain Legal Acts with Regard to Putting in the Informational State System in the Field of the State Service of Information on Application of Penalties in form of Dismissal As a result of Loss of Trust because of Corruption Violations. -

Amends, inter alia, the Federal Law No. 53-FZ of 28 March 1998 "On Military Obligation and Military Servic": in particular, supplements Article 51 (Reasons for the dismissal from military service) with para 1.1.
Also amends Article 81 (Termination of employment contract by the initiative of employer) Labour Code, supplementing it with new part 7.
Also amends Article 59.2 (Dismissal because of loss of trust) of the Federal Law No. 79-FZ of 27 July 2004 "On State Civil Service".
Also amends Federal Law No. 273-FZ of 25 December 2008 "On the Fight Against Corruption": in particular, supplements Article 13.1 (Dismissal (Release from post) of persons, who hold public positions of the Russian Federation, public positions in the administrative subjects of the Russian Federation, municipal positions, in regard with the loss of trust) with new part 3; also makes minor wording changes in Article 13.2 and supplements with new part 2. Also introduces new Article 15 (Registry of persons who have been dismissed because of loss of trust).
Also amends Article 27.1 (Penalties for non-compliance with restrictions and prohibitions, requirements of prevention or regulation of conflict or interest and non-realization of obligations, set with the aim of fighting against corruption) of Federal Law No. 25-FZ of 2 March 2007 "On Municipal Service", supplementing with new part 7.

Sets the amount of the lump-sum payment on behalf of funds of maternal (family) capital for the persons who have been granted state certificate for maternal (family) capital in accordance with the Federal Law "On Complementary Measures of State Assistance for Families with Children". Also regulates the terms and procedure of appointing and granting of lump-sum payments. Provisions of this law are in force until 1 July 2016.

Supplements part 2 of article 14 (Admission to the citizenship of the Russian Federation under the simplified procedure) with new paras f), g), h), i) concerning the criteria for eligibility of foreign citizens or persons without citizenship for applying for the citizenship of the Russian Federation under the simplified procedure: namely, as eligible are considered persons who have professional education based on the professional educational programmes with the RF state accreditation; who were individual entrepreneurs for at least 3 years before the year of application and with a certain amount of annual revenue; investors with a certain size of share; also persons who have been working in the RF for 3 years up to the time of application with the professions included in the list of professions of foreign citizens who have right to work in the Russian Federation. Also rephrases part 2.1 of the same article; makes minor wording changes in the articles 30, 32.
Repeals, inter alia, paragraph 6 of para 3 of article 1 of the Law No. 151-FZ of 11 November 2003 "To Amend and Supplement the Law "On Citizenship of the Russian Federation" (Sobranie zakonodatelstva Rossijskoj Federacii, 2003, No.46, p.4447).
