Part I sets forth academic and professional qualifications for being admitted as a legal practitioner. Section 8 establishes a Board for Legal Education with the purpose of regulating legal studies. Part II outlines privileges and offences by legal practitioners. Part III relates to legal practitioners' books of accounts. Disiplinary measures such as removal from the Roll, as well as definitions of unworthy or dishonourable conduct are outlined in Part IV. Part V establishes a Law Society of Namibia with the purpose of representing the interests of legal practitioners, including matters related to social security. A Legal Practitioners' Fidelity Fund is established in Part VI to reimburse persons who are victims of theft or fraud committed by legal practitioners.

Provides for the establishment and constitution of professional Boards for allied health services professions. Outlines the functions, duties and powers of such boards; defines and provides for the registration, training and qualifications of members of such professions and prohibits the practising of such professions without being registered.

Pharmacy Profession Act, 1993 (No. 23 of 1993)

Establishes a professional board for the pharmacy profession. Defines the functions, duties and powers of the Board. Regulates the registration, training and qualifications of pharmacists, pharmacist interns, pharmacy students, pharmacists' assistants and pharmaceutical technicians.

Persons admitted to Namibia for temporary residence shall be permitted to practice and authorised to enroll as advocates under specified circumstances. Amends the Admission of Advocates Act, 1964.
