    Provides for the establishment of a Diamond Board, a Diamond Board Fund, a Diamond Valuation Fund, and for control measures in respect of the possession, the purchase and sale, the processing and the import and export of diamonds.Section 67 governs search of persons and things. Measures include exmination by means of X-ray. Subsection 7 regulates interference with a person's fundamental right to privacy and the deprivation of personal liberty.

    Regulates matters related to the health, safety and welfare of persons employed in the petroleum industry. Determines the main responsibility for the protection of other persons, property, the environment and natural resources at or in the vicinity of production areas.
