Made under the Labour Act 2007. Parties to the collective agreement are the Agricultural Employers' Association; the Namibian National Farmer's Union; and the Namibian Farm Worker's Union.

Appointment of Commission of Inquiry into Labour Related Matters Affecting Agricultural Employees and Domestic Employees. (G.N. No. 14)

Appoints nine members of the Commission and defines terms of reference of Commission, which include: investigating and making recommendations concerning conditions of service, renumeration, child labour, housing facilities, forced labour, training and labour inspection and other matters relating to employees engaged in the agricultural and domestic sectors.
