Disiplinary measures such as removal from the Roll, as well as definitions of unworthy or dishonourable conduct are outlined in Part IV. Part V establishes a Law Society of Namibia with the purpose of representing the interests of legal practitioners, including matters related to social security. A Legal Practitioners' Fidelity Fund is established in Part VI to reimburse persons who are victims of theft or fraud committed by legal practitioners.
