To provide for the establishment of the National Employment Service; to impose reporting and other obligations on certain employers and institutions; to provide for the licensure and regulation of private employment agencies; and to deal with matters incidental thereto.

National Disability Council Act, 2004 (Act No. 26 of 2004) -

Establishes the National Disability Council to implement the National Policy on Disability, found in the schedule to the Act. The Policy aims to create equal opportunities for the disabled, including through access to employment, education and vocational training.
