Ell traite des conditions et des pratiques de la transformation des entreprises nationales en sociétés soit en sociétés anonymes à responsabilité limitée (Limited Liability Company) soit en sociétés anonymes par actions (Shareholding Company) soit encore en sociétés en nom collectif (Limited Partnerships) ainsi que de la transformation des coopératives en sociétés.
