Defines the legal, financial and economic basis for protection of people's health rights embodied in the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia. Article 20 provides that in some sectors of economy there is to be compulsory medical examinations of employees prior to commencing employment. All medical expenses in relation to this examination shall be borne by the employer.
