Provides for support measures for the further indigenisation of the economy and for the economic empowerment of indigenous
Zimbabweans. Establishes the National Indigenisation and Economic Empowerment Board and its functions and management as well as the National Indigenisation and Economic
Empowerment Fund. Creates the National Indigenisation and Empowerment Charter.
