Also determines when employment is deemed to have been terminated because of compulsory acquisition. Establishes Agricultural Employees' Compensation Committee. Determines when terminal benefits and entitlements due may be deducted from compensation payable to employer.

    These Regulations amend the Labour Relations (Tobacco-grading Industry) Employment Regulations, 1991 by the deletion in section 5 and 6 of the words "forty-eight hours" and the substitution of the words "forty-five hours" and by the insertion of a new section 24A that provides that an employer shall provide and maintain a properly equipped first-aid box. Made under the Labour Relations Act, 1985.
