    Regulates conditions of employment for workers, contract workers, and casual employees employed by the Masvingo Municipal Undertaking. Covers probationary period, medical examination, hours of work, shift work, wages, sick leave, maternity leave, paid leave. Also contains special provisions concerning protective equipment and work breaks for women who are breastfeeding infants.

    Labour Relations (Tobacco-grading Industry) Employment (Amendment) Regulations, 1992 (No. 1) (S.I. 216 of 1992)

    These Regulations amend the Labour Relations (Tobacco-grading Industry) Employment Regulations, 1991 by the deletion in section 5 and 6 of the words "forty-eight hours" and the substitution of the words "forty-five hours" and by the insertion of a new section 24A that provides that an employer shall provide and maintain a properly equipped first-aid box. Made under the Labour Relations Act, 1985.

    Labour Relations (Undertaking of the Cold Storage Commission) Employment Regulations, 1989 (S.I. 17 of 1989)

    These Regulations, under the Labour Relations Act 1985, set out all matters relating to the working conditions of the employees of the Cold Storage Commission including job classifications, minimum wages, overtime, holidays, leave, etc. Prior regulations are repealed.

    These Regulations, under the Labour Relations Act 1985, set out all matters relating to the working conditions of employees in the food-processing industry including minimum wages, overtime, holidays, working hours, leave, etc.

    Makes regulations concerning the working conditions of motor industry employees. Provides for the grading of both workshop and commercial employees. Establishes the minimum wages for each grade of employee. Regulates deductions. Provides for accomodation allowances, sickness benefits, and the termination of contracts. Sets restrictions on the employment of juniors and on the hours during which female employees may work (between 10:00 and 17:00). Provides for the provision of protective clothing and uniforms at the expense of the employer. Governs the weeky payment of wages, hours of work, arrangement of working time, rest periods, overtime, paid annual leave and unpaid leave of bot workshop and commercial employees.

    The Act provides for the registration and control of factories, the regulation of conditions of work in factories, the supervision of the use of machinery, and precautions against accidents for persons employed on structural work.
