Also amends Law on compulsory state social insurance for occupational accidents and diseases leading to a loss of working capacity supplementing the section "Final provisions" with a new paragraph; also amends Law on Collection and Registration of Unified Contribution for Compulsory State Social Insurance supplementing "Final and transitional provisions" with new paragraph 2.

Ukraine - Protection in certain sectors of economic activity - Regulation, Decree, Ordinance

Ordinance No. 289 of 22 December 2008 of the State committee industrial and occupational safety and mountain monitoring to approve the occupational safety regulations in the metallurgical industry. -

In accordance with the Law on Occupational Safety, this Ordinance approves the occupational safety regulations in the metallurgy industry. Repeals the previous Decree of 13 May 1987 of the State technical survey agency of the Soviet Union regulating occupational safety related issues in the metallurgy industry.
