    Put into force by Regulations No. 505/96-VR of 15 November 1996. Provides for the right to holidays for Ukrainian citizens in a labour relation as well as for foreign citizens working in Ukraine. Establishes types of holidays: annual leave, leave related to education, social leave. Also provides for holidays payment conditions, unpaid leave, and State control.

    Act No.3622 of Ukraine to amend Section 39 of the Constitution in connection with the introduction of the 40-hour working week.

    Amends Article 39 of the Constitution of the Ukraine by introducing a 40-hour working week and also amends the relevant legislation and the Labour Code of Ukraine. Lost effect on the grounds of Act No. 254/96-VR of 28 June 1996 to adopt and put in force the Constitution of Ukraine.
