Order of the Minister of Health Protection on 31st March 1994 "To Approve the List of Heavy Works and Works with Harmful and Dangerous Working Conditions, in which the Use of the Labour Force of Persons Under the Age of 18 Years is Prohibited". Pursuant to the Laws of Ukraine "On Occupational Safety" (2694-12) and the Decree No. 64 of 27 January, 1993 "On Measures to Implement the Law of Ukraine "On Occupational Protection"", approves the list of heavy works and works with harmful and dangerous working conditions, in which the use of the labour of persons under the age of 18 shall be prohibited. The use of the labour of minors in the works included in the attached list shall be prohibited in all enterprises, companies and organizations irrespective of the forms of ownership and the types of their activities. Also states that admission to study in the professions enlisted in the list is allowed provided that the persons reach the age of 18 years at the time of graduation. Also establishes, that after passing the production training, persons under the age of 18 years, studying in vocational schools, can be ungagged in works included in the list not longer than for 4 hours with a strict adherence to the current sanitary, as well as occupational safety norms and rules.
