Provides guarantees for gender equality and regulates the main directions of state policy and principles for international cooperation in this sphere. Defines the competences of competent auhorities, the procedure for granting the status of a victim of human trafficking, and the procedure for providing assistance to such victims.

    Citizens who are unable, on the basis of their beliefs, to serve in the military service shall perform alternative labour service for 27 months (18 months for graduates) in enterprises, institutions or organizations whose activity is related to social protection, health, protection of the environment, construction, housing and agriculture.
