Law No. 3739-VI of 20 September 2011 on combatting Human Trafficking - Adoption: 2011-09-20 | Date of entry into force: 2011-11-15 | UKR-2011-L-89900 Determines organizational and legal principles for combating human trafficking. Provides guarantees for gender equality and regulates the main directions of state policy and principles for international cooperation in this sphere. Defines the competences of competent auhorities, the procedure for granting the status of a victim of human trafficking, and the procedure for providing assistance to such victims.

Act No. 437-XIV of 18 February 1999 to amend the Act of 1992 on alternative (non-military) service (Text No. 86). Adoption: 1999-02-18 | UKR-1999-L-52720 Citizens who are unable, on the basis of their beliefs, to serve in the military service shall perform alternative labour service for 27 months (18 months for graduates) in enterprises, institutions or organizations whose activity is related to social protection, health, protection of the environment, construction, housing and agriculture.
