    Amends, inter alia, the Code of Administrative Misuse: namely, makes wording changes in Paragraph 2 of Article 172-6 (Violation of financial control requirements) and in sub-paragraph 2 of Part 1 of Article 255 (Persons, who have right to make protocols on administrative misuses).
    Also amends the Law "On the Principles of Social Protection of Disabled Persons": in particular, rephrases Part 3 of Article 22 (On the competencies of state bodies in the sphere of social protection of the disabled).
    Also amends the Law "On Pension Insurance": in particular, introduces wording changes into Parts 3, 4, 6 of Article 85 (Payment of pensions).
    Also amends the Law "On Social and Legal Protection of Military Servicemen and their Family Members": in particular, introduces wording changes into Part 2 of Article 16 (Lump-sum benefit in case of death, disability or partial loss of working capacity without establishment of disability of military servicemen, persons under military service duty and reservists, called to educational (or probation) and special mobilizations or for carrying military service in military reserve), into Article 16-2 (Reserve of lump-sum benefit); supplements Article 16-3 (Appointment and payment of lump-sum benefit) with a new paragraph.
    Also amends Law "On Pension Provision to Persons Discharged from Military Service and for Some Other Persons": in particular, introduces wording changes into Article 43 (Wage (Financial sustenance) for pension calculation), Article 54 (Payment of pensions to working pensioners), Article 63 (Re-calculation of previously appointed pensions).
    Also amends Article 37 (Pension provision for public servants) of the Law "On Public Servants", making wording changes in Parts 4, 5, 7.
    Also amends the Law "On Wages": in particular, makes changes in Article 3 (Minimum wage); supplements with new Article 3-1 (Guarantees for providing minimum wage); rephrases Article 6 (Systems of wage payment), also Part 1 of Article 10 (Procedure of establishment and revising of amount of minimum wage).
    Also amends the Law "On Compulsory State Social Insurance": in particular, rephrases parts 2, 3 of Article 22 (Information in the sphere of compulsory state social insurance); makes wording changes in Article 27 (Pension size due to age), Article 42 (Indexation and re-calculation of pensions), Article 47 (Payment of pensions).
    Also amends Article 8 (Complete state insurance for children orphans and children deprived of parental care, also for persons equal to them) of the Law "To Ensure Organisational and Legal Conditions of Social Protection for Orphans and Children Deprived of Parental Care".
    Also introduces minor amendments, inter alia, in the Law "Principles of Legislation on Compulsory State Social Insurance" (Articles 13, 15).
