Provides rules applicable to construction work.
Sections 1-3: Scope and definitions;

Sections 10-12: Safety and health plan (work environment plan) and prior notice;
Sections 13-18: General coordination;
Sections 19-42: Planning and setting up (electricity, storage, evacutation, fire prevention, doors, etc.);
Sections 45-71: Conduct of work (working methods, equipment, instructions, inspections, etc.);
Sections 72-92: Certain particular kinds of work (earthwork, cofferdams, demolition work, traffic, work on roofs, etc.);
Sections 93-100: Safety nets; and
Section 101: Penal provisions.
