An Act to amend the Cash Employment Market Assistance Act [No. 371 of 1973; LS 1973-Swe. 3].

Repeals s. 13 and amends ss. 4 (cash employment market assistance will not be paid to a person participating in a training course), 11 (assistance for a maximum of five days per week), 14 (assistance for a maximum of 150 days; if a person has reached the age of 55, the maximum is 300 days and for persons 60 years and over, 450 days), 15 (if new unemployment begins within the period mentioned in s. 14), 16 (when a twelve-month period has elapsed since assistance was provided last), 18 (amount of assistance) and 27 (forfeiture of entitlement to assistance).
