    The Law provides for the management, use and development of fisheries resources and for the cultivation and protection of fish and other marine organisms. It consists of 67 sections divided into 7 Parts as following: General Provisions (Part 1); Marine Fishing (Part 2); Protection of Fish and other Marine Organisms and Preservation of Marine Biodiversity (Part 3); Records on fishing and Cultivation of Marine Organisms (Part 4); Fishing Fee (Part 5); Surveillance (Part 6); Penalty Provisions (Part 7) and Temporary and Final Provisions (Part 8). Part 2 contains provisions on marine fishing, commercial or sport-recreational, on quotas and permits, on fishing vessels, on fishing nets, on cultivation of fish and other marine organisms.
