Defines rights, duties and obligations of employers and employees with regards to prohibiting abuse at work,including with respect to harassment and other forms of abuse. Provides a procedure for the protection of victims of abuse, sets out the role of courts with respect to complaints, and provides for supervisory measures and penalties.
