Part IV and IVA contain directive principles of state policy and fundamental duties. Part V regulates the Union (the executive, parliament etc.). Parts VI through XI deal with the states, the Union territories and their relationship. Other Parts concern matters such as finance, trade and commerce, tribunals and emergency provisions.
