Empowers the Public Service Commission to require any public officer to retire for the purpose of reorganisation of the Ministries and Departments of Government. Such officers shall be entitled to pension and retirement benefits in accordance with the Pensions Ordinance, as amended.

Establishes that any person who is appointed to a post in service of Government of Grenada on or after 4 April 1983 shall not be entitled to any pension, gratuity or other allowance under the following enactments: Pensions Ordinance, Pensions (Prison Officers) Ordinance, Pensions (School Teachers) Ordinance, and Police Pensions Ordinance.
