Concerne les personnes embauchées par les entreprises de transport et les conducteurs indépendants. L'employeur est obligé de déterminer les heures de travail et de repos des salariés. Les travailleurs ne peuvent en aucun cas travailler plus de 6 heures successives sans repos. Le temps de repos n'est pas comptabilisé dans les heures de travail.

Décret n° 4018 du 16 septembre 2005 concernant l'horaire de travail du personnel de l'aviation.

Le décret prévoit les périodes de travail et de repos des personnes possédant des licences professionnelles employées dans l'aviation, à l'exception de celles titulaires de licences de service technique. L'employeur a l'obligation de déterminer les horaires de travail, de vol et de repos dans le but de diminuer la fatigue des membres d'équipage et du meneur du vol.
