    Le décret prévoit les périodes de travail et de repos des personnes possédant des licences professionnelles employées dans l'aviation, à l'exception de celles titulaires de licences de service technique. L'employeur a l'obligation de déterminer les horaires de travail, de vol et de repos dans le but de diminuer la fatigue des membres d'équipage et du meneur du vol.

    Amends article 113, par. 2 of the Labour Code. In cases of additional labour contracts, the maximum duration of the working week (including the working hours related to the principal labour contract) shall be :
    1.) not more than 40 working hours per week for employees and workers less than 18 years old;
    2.) for other categories the working week can be more than 40 hours only by agreement of the worker/employee if it does not interfere with the minimum daily and weekly break set forth by the Labour Code.

    Decree No. 199/2004 of the Council of Ministers to amend and supplement Decree No. 72/1986 on hours of work, rest and leave.

    Provides that the employer's order for overtime must contain information of the concrete day of the following week which will be a compensatory day off for the worker concerned. This rest shall not be less than 24 hours. States the required documents for applying for child-care leave for a child up to 2 years of age. This leave may also be obtained by a person with whom the child lives (in case when the child lives at a foster or a related family). Also provides minor changes concerning different kinds of child care leave.

    This Decision, issued by the Committee on Labour and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Public Health and the Central Council of Bulgarian Trade Unions, sets forth the percentages (between 4 and 10 per cent) of normal working hours and the duration of employment for partially disabled workers in industry, construction, agriculture, forestry, transport, communication, commerce, housing, teaching, culture and the fine arts, public health, etc.

    This Decision was issued by the Ministry of Finance. The term "brigade" as used here means any production team or production collective. The responsibility for its goods falls collectively on the enterprise and the workers, within the terms of an agreement concluded between the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Labour Code. Takes effect 1 Jan. 1987.

    This undated Decision was adopted by the Council of Ministers in Ordinance No. 5. It contains 38 sections on the organisation of work in the fields of science and technology. Sec. 26(2) calls for bonuses for scientific workers, teachers and other staff who have accomplished tasks or resolved problems which are out of the ordinary. A final provision states that the Committee on Labour and Social Affairs, among others, collaborated in drawing up this text.

    Order adopted by the Ordinance No. 72 of 1986 of the Council of Ministers and the Central Committee of Bulgarian Trade Unions. It deals with the placement of persons with a reduced working capacity (Part I) and of workers who are pregnant or nursing infants (Part II). Part III contains specific rules on disabled workers engaged in special workshops. The transitional and final provisions specify that this Decision, which entered into force on 1 Jan. 1987, has been issued in application of the Labour Code and that it repeals the Decision of 17 Dec. 1963, as amended by the Decision of 25 Oct. 1965.

    Establishes the rules for the employment of minors under the age of 15 in accordance with Article 301.3 of the Labour Code. Contains provisions regarding periodical medical examinations, working hours, rest periods, etc. Minors of more than 14 years but less than 15 need a written consent from their parents or guardian(s). Minors under 14 must have their employment contract signed by their parents or guardian(s).
