    Provides minor changes as regards the activities of the National Institute of Conciliation and Arbitration. Among them are the obligations of the Institute's administration to maintain a database on collective labour bargaining, the methods and terms for settlement of collective labour disputes (art. 8). The administration shall also maintain a database of mediators/conciliators and the disputes they have heard.
    The Institute's administration prepares international meetings within the scope of the Institute's activities, participates in drafting laws and regulations, gives consultations and assists the parties of collective labour disputes to initiate conciliation or arbitration procedures.
    A new procedural rule stipulates that the mediator, the arbitrator or the arbitration commission's chairman shall submit to the Institute any agreement reached not later than three days after the settlement of the dispute (art. 14).

Trade unions and other social organisations are invited to take an active part in drawing up and concluding agreements on the transfer of powers.
