Interministerial Decree No. 240 of the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan on night work.

Decree issued under s. 81 of the Labour Code. A committee shall be responsible for setting forth the way in which the Decree shall be applied. The number of hours of night work shall be one hour less than the number of normal hours of work. Night work is prohibited in principle for women and young persons. Night work shall give rise to hourly wage supplements. Available in English.
