    Ordinance No. 103 of the Presidium of the Revolutionary Council of the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan to adopt the Labour Code.

    The ordinance includes seven sections devoted to definitions and general principles of social law.
    The Code contains 178 sections divided into 17 chapters as follows:
